Job summary

Lineage is seeking a customer service-focused professional to join our shipping/receiving office in a fast-paced environment. You will greet drivers, review paperwork for inbound/outbound shipments, and liaise with operations to ensure accurate scheduling and exceptional service.

You will coordinate with warehousing, handle regulatory paperwork, and support customer service with appointments. Strong bilingual communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years in customer service in logistics/warehouse
• Bachelor’s or diploma in relevant field is an asset
• Bilingual English/French required
• Post-secondary in Business, Warehousing, Transportation, Operations Management, or related field an asset
• Customer focus with high priority on external/internal customers
• Strong phone and email service skills
• Identify customer needs and respond promptly
• Anticipate delays and communicate status to customers
• Prioritize workflow in fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy
• Team player
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook

Responsibilities

• Greets drivers at the facility and ensures exceptional service, handling signing in/out and paperwork
• Coordinates with Warehousing Solutions to prepare paperwork and update system (TMW) with arrival info
• Coordinates loading bay assignments to optimize warehouse efficiency
• Liaises with Customer Service regarding requests or delays and coordinates same-day shipments
• Audits bills for accuracy
• Provides support during regulatory inspections and coordinates with CFIA inspector
• Coordinates with Inventory Control for recalls and other requests
• May assist in item setup in the system and validate charges
• Adheres to Code of Business Conduct and company policies
