Job summary

Barry Callebaut is seeking a Molding Line Assistant to support chocolate production. You will prepare and handle raw materials, set up and run the molding line, and maintain GMP compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, hoist/lift truck skills, and the ability to lift 55 lbs and work 12-hour night shifts in a heat-prone environment. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment is an asset.
• Hoist operator experience.
• Lift truck experience/certification.
• Must be able to lift 55 lbs and work 12-hour shifts.
• Able to work in heat and move around the facility.

Responsibilities

• Data entry including SAP and recipe data according to the production schedule.
• Assemble containers, package, label, wrap, and set up the molding line.
• Prepare raw materials to ensure continuous line operation.
• Follow GMP practices and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate production details to incoming staff for smooth shift transitions.
• Track inventory, document CCP requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness of the production room and sanitation schedules.
• Ensure compliance with BCOS, TPM/Lean Manufacturing standards and safety policies.
• Perform and document HACCP, quality and safety checks daily.
