Job summary

Ferrero Canada is seeking a skilled Millwright to support and maintain a continuous production operation. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and contribute to safety and quality initiatives in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

The role requires a valid Millwright license (433A) and 4-7 years of relevant experience, with opportunities for advancement within Ferrero Canada. Competitive wages, shift premiums, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills; able to work independently or in a team.
• Valid Industrial Mechanic / Millwright trade license (433A).
• 4-7 years of relevant experience; 8+ years if unlicensed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot and repair of food processing equipment.
• Optimize equipment safety, food safety, and reliability; support preventative maintenance initiatives.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects including installation and commissioning of machinery.
• Perform equipment change-over and production line set ups.
• Welding, machining and fabricating where qualified; maintain sanitation, cleanliness of maintenance shop.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, GMPs and HACCP.
