Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is seeking a customer-focused associate to support merchandising, receiving, and general store operations. You will organize backroom inventory, use PDT and MMS systems for daily tasks, and ensure displays are engaging and compliant with store standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining a neat backroom, handling product returns, and assisting customers on the sales floor. Flex shifts, potential night/weekend work, and attentive cash handling are expected.

• Organize backroom product and follow Backroom Inventory Management (BIMI) processes.
• Uses PDT and MMS Systems to perform daily tasks.
• Manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed.
• Expert in inventory, placement and expiry dates for assigned products.
• Maintain store image and ensure displays are consumer-focused and shoppable.
• Receive merchandise and maintain a neat backroom following receiving policies.
