Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is seeking a retail associate to support merchandising, receiving, and customer service in a fast-paced store. You will maintain backroom organization, use PDT and MMS systems for daily tasks, and assist with product placement and displays.

Qualifications

Customer service orientation and ability to acknowledge and assist customers
Cash handling accuracy and efficiency in processing customer orders
Strong organization and neatness in backroom and store areas

Ability to adapt to changing situations on the sales floor

Responsibilities

Merchandising: organize backroom product, manage BIMI processes, ensure displays are consumer-focused and shoppable
Receiving: handle merchandise intake, maintain organized backroom, document receiving and returns
Customer service: greet customers, assist in aisles, uphold uniform and image standards
General: comply with health & safety and store standards, follow loss prevention policies, perform additional duties as needed
