Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart in Kingston, Ontario, is hiring for a store associate role focused on merchandising, receiving, and customer service. You will organize backroom inventory, use PDT/MMS systems, and ensure displays are attractive and shopper-friendly.

You will also handle receiving, maintain backroom organization, and assist with store operations while following health and safety guidelines and loss prevention policies.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising: Organize backroom product and follow BIMI processes; use PDT and MMS systems; manage Exit Strategy and Product Return; ensure product displays are shopper-friendly.
• Receiving: Process merchandise per policies; maintain neat backroom; document receiving and returns; support Front Store Manager in maintaining standards.
• Customer Service: Maintain a clean image in uniform; acknowledge and assist customers in aisles.
• General: Comply with health and safety regulations and store standards; follow loss prevention policies; perform other duties as required.
