Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is seeking a retail team member to support merchandising, receiving, and customer service in a busy store. You will manage the backroom, ensure accurate inventory, and keep displays inviting and shopper-friendly.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work flexible shifts including nights and weekends, and uphold health, safety, and store standards while delivering friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• Cash responsibilities (if applicable) require accuracy and efficiency in processing the customer order.

Responsibilities

• Organize backroom product and follow Backroom Inventory Management (BIMI) processes.
• Use PDT and MMS Systems to perform daily tasks.
• As directed, manage Exit Strategy and Product Return.
• Maintain expert knowledge in assigned areas of product inventory, product placement and expiry dates.
• Maintain Store Standards pertaining to image and trends in store.
• Ensure product displays are consumer focused and “shoppable”.
