Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart is seeking a customer-focused associate to support merchandising, receiving, and customer service in a locally owned store. You will organize backroom inventory, use PDT/MMS systems for daily tasks, and assist with product returns and displays.

Responsibilities include handling merchandise, maintaining a neat backroom, and supporting front store leadership while upholding health, safety and loss prevention standards. Flexible shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with computer and cash register systems.
• Ability to cope with changing situations on the sales floor.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in transactions.
• Self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Organize backroom product and follow BIMI processes.
• Use PDT and MMS systems to perform daily tasks.
• Manage exit strategy and product returns as directed.
• Maintain product inventory, placement and expiry dates.
• Keep store image aligned with standards and trend
• Ensure displays are consumer-friendly and shoppable.
• Receive merchandise per policies and document properly.
• Support Front Store Manager with standards and quality.
• Assist customers and maintain a clean, uniform appearance.
• Adhere to health, safety, and loss prevention policies.
• Perform additional duties as required.
