Job summary

Great Connections Employment Services Inc. is recruiting for assembly line roles in Concord and Vaughan, ON. You will perform general assembly, machine operation and related production tasks on multiple shifts.

We offer training for newcomers, a clean, well-organized plant with free parking and a stable 40-hour workweek. All shifts are available, and safety PPE is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly or production work is a plus
• Must wear safety shoes and all PPE
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include General Assembly and other operations, and inspection.
• Performs production work to assemble or fabricate a product or sub-assembly in accordance with team production goals.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures
• Responsible for quality control and quality assurance
• Must have safety shoes and wear all PPE
• Needs to be detail-oriented
• Fast-paced working environment, up to 40lbs lifting and repetitive movement, 8 hr standing
• Ensures the work area is clean, organized and safe at all times
• Comply with Section 28 of the OHSA
• Any other reasonable request made by Management
