Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a General Labourer to support the production line during the night shift. You will monitor quality, pack finished goods, and help keep the line running smoothly while adhering to food-safety standards.

This full-time, permanent role runs 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Monday to Friday, with overtime possible. The hourly rate is CAD 21.42, plus a night premium of CAD 1.35 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform fast-paced, repetitive tasks with coordination.
• High school diploma or GED required; basic food-safety awareness preferred.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality on the production line and ensure proper pack counts.
• Prevent and clear jams and maintain consistent line flow.
• Assemble boxes, hand-pack products, load cartons, and palletize finished goods.
• Verify date codes and complete QA documentation.
• Support operators, keep area clean, and retrieve materials or rework as needed.
