Responsibilities

• Complete required daily documentation, including temperature logs, cleaning records, and chemical measurements.
• Perform thorough equipment cleaning and maintain facility housekeeping in line with GMP and company standards.
• Work with QA to ensure sanitation swabs meet required specifications and follow all food-safety processes.
• Operate sanitation equipment, report safety or quality concerns, and carry out additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
