ParaMed in Guelph is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to join our pediatric home-care team on a part-time overnight schedule (10pm-8am). You'll perform scheduled visits in the community, provide ethical and safe nursing care, and contribute to care plans within your scope of practice.

You must hold CNO registration as an RPN in good standing, have pediatric and community-care experience, a valid driver's license, and be reliable and flexible.

Formación

• Registration with the CNO as a Registered Practical Nurse in good standing.
• Experience in Pediatric care is mandatory.
• Experience delivering community care is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle required.
• Reliable and flexible with on-call coverage after hours.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in scheduled visits in the community to look after patient needs within your scope of practice.
• Provide ethical and safe nursing care.
• Use assessment tools/techniques to evaluate patients' needs.
• Monitor and adjust care plans as required.
• Build rapport and trust with patients and families.
