Job summary

Sweeping Corporation of America is seeking a Night Cleaning Agent to maintain cleanliness across the facility during overnight hours. The role supports the Night Cleaning Supervisor by cleaning guest areas, back-of-house spaces, and outdoor zones to ensure the property is guest-ready each morning.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in commercial cleaning or hotel maintenance, understands sanitation standards, and operates cleaning equipment safely.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning, housekeeping, spa cleaning, or hotel facility maintenance preferred.
• Training or familiarity with sanitation standards, chemical handling, or cleaning equipment is an asset.
• Understanding of cleaning chemicals, safe sanitation techniques, and equipment usage.
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team without constant supervision.
• Physically capable of walking, bending, lifting up to 30 lbs, stretching, and standing for long periods.
• Must be able to work night shifts on weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Position Overview

The Night Cleaning Agent is responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness throughout the facility during overnight operations. This role supports the Night Cleaning Supervisor by ensuring all guest‑facing areas, back‑of‑house workspaces, activity buildings, and outdoor zones are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and ensuring the property is guest‑ready each morning.

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning, housekeeping, spa cleaning, or hotel facility maintenance is preferred.
• Training or familiarity with sanitation standards, chemical handling, or cleaning equipment is an asset.
• Understanding of cleaning chemicals, safe sanitation techniques, and equipment usage (e.g., vacuums, floor scrubbers, mops, squeegees).
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team without constant supervision.
• Physically capable of walking, bending, lifting (up to 30 lbs), stretching, and standing for extended periods.
• Must be able to work night shifts on weekdays, weekends and holidays as required.

Salary

• Salary Range: $20 – 22.50 / hour
• 40 hours per week
