NightAuditorsmusthaveadetailorientatedworkstyle,andapositivepersonalitywithadesiretodeliveroutstandingcustomerservicetoourguests.

Responsibilitiesinclude,butarenotlimitedto:

• Check-in’s,check-out’sandhandlingallguestregistrations
• Makingandmodifyingreservations
• HotelOperatorandconciergerelatedduties
• Collectpayments,postingchargestoguestaccounts,cashanddebittransactions,directbilling,maintainingafloat,cashingoutatendofshift,
• Knowledgeofhotelpropertyandsurroundingarea
• Respondtoguestcomplaints,requestsandemergenciesandactasnecessary.
• Serveastheeveningstewardofthepropertybymonitoringsecuritycameras,hallways,andentrancewaystohelpensureguestsafetyandpropertysecurity.
• Assistwithset-upofcontinentalbreakfastand/orbeveragestations,ifapplicable.
• Responsibleforrunningtheauditandpreparingnecessaryfinancialreports
• Preparenecessarypaperworkfornextbusinessday.

QualificationsandExperience:
