Moxy Ottawa Downtown is seeking a Night Auditor—sharp, detail-focused, and ready to own the overnight shift with confidence and personality. You’ll keep the front desk orderly, assist guests during check-in/out, and handle nightly inquiries. You’ll balance revenue, reconcile transactions, and prepare daily financial reports.

Proficiency with Opera, Fosse, Marriott GXP, and MS Office is a plus. A high school diploma and prior front desk or accounting experience are preferred; bilingual

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous hotel front desk or accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial procedures and basic accounting.
• Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, Fosse, Marriott GXP) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the front desk area clean, organized, and ready for the day team.
• Serve as the main point of contact for overnight guests handling check-ins and check-outs.
• Balance revenue and prepare end-of-day financial reports.
• Reconcile credit card transactions and ensure accurate billing.
• Provide shift handovers and maintain guest privacy and security.
