Silver Hotel Group’s Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown is seeking a Night Auditor for a full‑time position. You will provide exceptional guest service, manage check-ins/check-outs, and balance nightly revenue while ensuring guest data security.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required. The role emphasizes professional communication, a friendly, energetic demeanor, and teamwork within a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
• Welcome, greet, and assist guests, including performing check-in and check-out procedures.
• Respond to guest inquiries and handle requests professionally and promptly.
• Answer incoming phone calls and process new reservations efficiently.
• Perform night audit duties, including balancing revenue and settlement accounts.
• Ensure accuracy in daily transactions and follow all cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain guest security through proper handling of room keys and personal information.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while completing operational tasks.

Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown is currently recruiting for a Night Auditor – Full Time! In this role, you will:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
• Welcome, greet, and assist guests, including performing check-in and check-out procedures.
• Respond to guest inquiries and handle requests professionally and promptly.
• Answer incoming phone calls and process new reservations efficiently.
• Perform night audit duties, including balancing revenue and settlement accounts.
• Ensure accuracy in daily transactions and follow all cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain guest security through proper handling of room keys and personal information.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while completing operational tasks such as maintaining files and preparing the system for the next day.

What You Bring to the Table

• Exceptional customer service skills
