Revery Toronto Downtown, Canada’s second Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking a passionate Night Auditor to join our team. Located in Toronto’s Entertainment District, Revery offers 224 cinematic-themed rooms, multiple event spaces, a French-inspired Restaurant, and an all-day lobby bar. Opened in June 2024, it is quickly establishing itself as a premier hotel in downtown Toronto.

Job Overview: Accurately balances all hotel income and expenses during the 24-hour operation period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Balance and audit room revenue, food and beverage revenue, telephone revenue, and related reports.
• Ensure accuracy of all room and tax charges, cashier’s reports, and guest and house accounts.
• Prepare and transmit daily management and accounting reports.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies through communication with hotel departments.
• Act as hotel system liaison during night hours, managing system issues with Opera or support teams.
• Perform Guest Service Representative functions, including booking reservations and handling guest messages.
• Promote teamwork and quality service across departments.
• Follow all company and brand standards and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent, some customer service experience preferred. Some college is an asset.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, move about public areas, and handle objects and equipment.
• Good reading, writing, basic math, and computer skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
