Tidan invites applications for the Night Auditor role at our Montreal properties (SENS Hotel and Château Versailles). The position balances daily transactions, closes cash registers, and covers front-d desk duties at night, ensuring guests receive a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a similar role, solid knowledge of Opera, and bilingual English/French communication skills to serve an international clientele.

Responsabilités

• Classify commercial transactions conducted during the day.
• Verify and correct the recording of transactions and update hotel guest notes.
• Balance accounts and close cash registers for different points of sale.
• Produce the daily revenue report.
• Answer the phone and route incoming calls.
• Handle reservations.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Night Auditor is responsible for verifying commercial transactions conducted during the day to balance accounts and deposits and close cash registers, while ensuring reception duties during the night. They take on the role of a receptionist by welcoming guests so that they can enjoy the best hotel experience.
