Job summary

F&P Mfg., Inc. in Tottenham, Ontario, is seeking a New Model Equipment Engineer to lead process planning for welding and assembly during new model launches.

You will coordinate equipment procurement, manage project investments, and liaise with vendors and customers to ensure smooth production startups. The role requires a degree in engineering or related diploma with manufacturing experience, strong organization and communication skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering related field
  • Technologist Diploma with 1 year experience in manufacturing processes
  • Technician Diploma with 3 years experience in manufacturing processes
  • Experience in manufacturing processes highly preferred
  • Excellent organizational, communication and coordination skills
  • Able to travel and work flexible hours
  • May be exposed to dust, odors, noise, smoke, etc.

  • Coordinate and schedule procurement of equipment

  • Prepare documents and present to upper management

  • Hands on startup development and analysis of new equipment

Salary Range:
  • $59, 000 – $70, 000 per year
Hours of Work:
  • Monday to Friday, Straight Days 7:30AM to 4:00PM
