Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Canada Inc. offers the Odyssey program for recent graduates, providing hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to diverse projects as a launchpad for a leadership path.

You will join the Project Services Division and contribute to major infrastructure projects worldwide, with a hybrid work model and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• New graduate with a bachelor’s degree in engineering and project management (Graduation in 2027).
• Excellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Project Controls: helps plan, estimate, track, and control the costs of large infrastructure and construction projects, ensuring they stay on budget while managing risks, forecasts, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Procurement & Supply Chain: manages the sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and supplier relationships needed to ensure construction projects have the right equipment, materials, and services at the right time and cost.

Your role

While working in the Project Services Division at AtkinsRéalis, you could put your skills to work in one of these key areas:

Expected compensation

Expected compensation for this role is (between Pay Range $61,900 - $80,000 annually) Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
