AtkinsRéalis is launching Odyssey, a graduate program in Canada aimed at recent civil engineering graduates. You’ll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to diverse civil projects within a global engineering firm.

Responsibilities

• Support civil division activities in Bridges, Transportation, Municipal Infrastructure, and site supervision/inspection.
• Collaborate on design, planning, and project management tasks across major civil projects.
• Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to a fast-paced project environment.
• Utilize industry software tools to assist engineering tasks.

Your role

While working in the Civil division at AtkinsRéalis, you could put your skills to work in one of these key areas/fields:

• Bridges: design and project management, inspections
• Transportation: planning and development of transportation systems, including roads, railroads and airports.
• Municipal Infrastructure: design and management of utilities and other infrastructure
• Site supervision/inspection and surveying of road, municipal, bridge, port and civil works

About You

• New graduate with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering (graduation in 2027).
• Strong interest in learning and exploring new challenges.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Has Industry software skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage changing priorities.
• A valid driver's license may be required for some positions.

Expected compensation for this role is (between Pay Range $61,900 - $80,000 annually) Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
