Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree completed between August 2026 and April 2027 in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership experience through internships, co-ops, projects, student organizations or volunteer activities.
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including nights/afternoons if required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Willingness to relocate for greater career opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction, coaching, and leadership to frontline teams in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Drive operational performance across metrics like productivity, efficiency, service, waste, and downtime.
• Lead team meetings and communicate business priorities to frontline staff.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to boost performance.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, HR, Planning, Warehousing, and Logistics to meet objectives.
• Participate in leadership development programs and mentorship opportunities.
