PepsiCo’s Supply Chain Leadership Program in Canada offers graduates the chance to grow into operations leadership. Based in Ottawa or the GTA, you’ll gain hands-on plant operations and frontline exposure while assuming early leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree completed between August 2026 and April 2027 in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership experience through internships, co-ops, projects, student organizations or volunteer activities.
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including nights/afternoons if required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Willingness to relocate for greater career opportunities.

Responsibilities

What will yoube responsible for?

• Providing daily direction, coaching, and leadership to a frontline team within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

• Driving daily operational performance across key metrics including productivity, efficiency, service, waste, and downtime.

• Leading team meetings and communicating business priorities to frontline associates.

• Partnering cross-functionally with Maintenance, Quality, Human Resources, Planning, Warehousing, and Logistics teams to achieve businessobjectives.

Qualifications
