  • Providing daily direction, coaching, and leadership to a frontline team within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Driving daily operational performance across productivity, efficiency, service, waste, and downtime.
  • Leading team meetings and communicating business priorities to frontline associates.
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Partnering cross-functionally with Maintenance, Quality, HR, Planning, Warehousing, and Logistics.
  • Participating in leadership development opportunities, training, and mentorship programs.

PepsiCo Supply Chain Leadership Program

The goal of PepsiCo's Supply Chain New Graduate Program is to provide emerging leaders with the opportunity toleveragetheir academic experience in a fast-paced, real-world manufacturing and supply chain environment.Theprogram is designed to develop future operations leaders by providing hands‑on leadership experience, ownership of key business initiatives, and exposure to frontline manufacturing and warehouse operations.You will gain broad exposure to plant operations and develop the leadership capabilitiesrequiredto advance within PepsiCo's Supply Chain organization

Compensation: $73,600 - $80,700

Responsibilities

What will yoube responsible for?

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s Degree completed between August 2026 - April 2027inone the following fields:Engineering,Supply Chain Management,Commerce,BusinessAdministration,or a related technical discipline
