Job summary

PepsiCo Nova Scotia is launching a Supply Chain Leadership Program designed to develop future operations leaders through hands-on experience in manufacturing and distribution.

You'll gain exposure to plant operations, lead frontline teams, and work with cross-functional partners while pursuing formal training and mentorship to accelerate career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree completed between Aug 2026 - Apr 2027 in Engineering, SCM, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership through internships, co-ops, academic projects, student organizations, athletics or volunteer activities.
• Ability to work an assigned shift schedule, including nights and afternoons, where required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Relocation flexibility will allow for greater career and development opportunities.

The goal of PepsiCo's Supply Chain New Graduate Program is to provide emerging leaders with the opportunity to leverage their academic experience in a fast-paced, real-world manufacturing and supply chain environment.
