New Business Development Account Executive, TELUS Health Care Centers

Join our dynamic team at TELUS as a New Business Development Account Executive within the TELUS Health Care Centres Sales team. We are dedicated to preventive healthcare, inspiring positive lifestyle choices, and improving patient outcomes nationwide.

We seek a motivated and experienced professional to target new business opportunities and expand our Employee Preventive Health portfolio. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving the growth of our Care Centre services. Strategic thinking, industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Business Strategy and Planning : Develop a comprehensive business development strategy, define target segments, prioritize opportunities, and manage a robust pipeline to meet quota targets.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders, enhance TELUS's profile through networking and public speaking, and tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Sales and Lead Generation : Proactively generate leads, attend industry events, and collaborate internally to create compelling proposals.
  • Collaboration and Coordination : Work with marketing, operations, finance, and medical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and provide field insights for strategy refinement.
