Westland Insurance Group Ltd. in Charlottetown, PE, is seeking a Commercial Insurance Advisor to grow local client relationships and educate customers on insurance solutions.

You will promote products, own client relationships, and contribute to a strong community presence within a collaborative team. Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of commercial insurance experience, an Insurance broker Level 2 license or progress toward CAIB/CIP, and a track record of meeting sales targets while delivering

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of commercial insurance experience.
• Licensed as Insurance broker Level 2 or working toward CAIB/CIP.
• Proven ability to build authentic client relationships and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Promote and educate clients on insurance products.
• Take ownership of client relationships and grow local presence.

Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $50,000 to $60,000 based on a 37.5- hour work week. Westland also offers a competitive commission for this role. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
