In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor, partnering with customers to understand their needs and translate them into effective solutions. You'll be responsible for specifying and designing end-to-end solutions, leveraging Nokia's portfolio of products, systems, and services, as well as third-party products when necessary. Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or an equivalent qualification, with at least 8-10 years of work experience
• End-to-End architectural knowledge on the following:
• Network Services Platform (NSP)
• Nokia IP/Optical networking
• OSS
• SDN Technologies
• Kubernetes, RHEL, KVM, Host OS and Linux components
• Python
• Practical experience in designing and deploying NSP projects
• Nokia Service Router Certifications and Nokia NSP IP Network Automation Certification are desired
• Strong technical, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, along with being energetic and results-oriented. Knowledge and experience in some or all of the following areas:
• Conducting customer needs and requirements gathering workshops and interviews
• Transforming customer needs into successful solutions and software specifications
• Knowledge of the telecommunications market and network operations for automation solutions with Nokia customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with development teams, sales, account teams, and program owners
• Software development experience in an agile environment

Responsibilities

• Develop customer solution architecture in NSP projects
• Propose products in customer solutions and initiate evaluations and validations
• Maintain knowledge of the customer architecture in dedicated technical areas and regional requirements
• Understand and capture stakeholder inputs, translating them into effective requirements and solutions
• Specify and design effective end-to-end solutions, including high and low-level architecture design to meet customer needs and market positioning
• Apply solution architecture standards, processes, and principles to ensure solution integrity over time, including verification against client requirements
• Develop the full scope of solutions, collaborating across organizations to achieve workable outcomes
• Research, design, plan, develop, and evaluate solutions in specialized domains to meet customer requirements, utilizing high and low-level architecture design
• Work effectively in a mixed environment, applying best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues to improve products or services
