Job summary

Fortinet, Inc. is seeking an experienced Cloud Solution Architect to join the Cloud Security Consulting team in Canada.

You will become the center of excellence for cloud security, helping customers design multi-cloud and hybrid security blueprints and developing Agentic AI applications to address complex challenges. You will stay current on Fortinet products and competitor offerings while delivering demos and custom automation for deployments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SE/Consulting SE/Software Architect/Solution Architect roles in Cloud, Networking, Infrastructure, and/or Cybersecurity
• In-depth knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP or NSX platforms
• Proficiency with CI/CD, DevOps tools, IaC, API-first architecture
• Experience building Agentic AI applications is highly desired
• Programming knowledge in Python/Java or similar
• Cloud certifications such as AWS/GCP are desired
• Experience with container and serverless architectures preferred
• Excellent presentation and demo skills
• Strong technical writing abilities
• Fluent English and public-speaking comfort

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with multi-cloud and hybrid cloud security blueprints
• Develop Agentic AI applications to address cloud and cybersecurity challenges
• Become an expert in Fortinet cloud solutions and stay updated on competitors
• Provide expert cloud security design/architecture guidance to customers
• Publish reference architectures for specific use cases
• Create custom architecture and automation code per customer requirements
• Dedicate time to ongoing training and webinars
• Publish public information like whitepapers and blogs on technology topics
