Exciting Career Opportunity at RFNOW – Network Analyst

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time

RFNOW Inc. is seeking a motivated and skilled Network Analyst to join our Technical Services team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting RFNOW’s Business/Enterprise customers, assisting Level 1 and Level 2 CSRs, and collaborating with the Network Architecture team to implement core network changes during outage windows. This remote position involves working shifts to ensure effective triaging and resolution of network issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Network Architect to deploy network changes.
  • Support, monitor, and configure services for Business/Enterprise customers.
  • Provide Level 3 support to assist Level 1 and Level 2 team members.
  • Staff RFNOW’s Network Operations Center 24x7x365.
  • Triage, repair, and escalate issues to other support teams as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends.
  • Conduct knowledge transfers to team members and coworkers.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent training and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working as a network professional.
  • Proven ability to learn and adapt to evolving network landscapes.
  • Strong communication and technical skills.
  • Experience working in a Service Provider organization.
  • Cisco networking training and certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with Network Monitoring Systems (NMS).

Work Conditions:

  • Remote position with shift work required.
  • Manual dexterity required for computer use.
  • Occasional overtime as needed.
