Responsibilities

• Support data center, cloud, and branch networks including Wi-Fi and firewall.
• Implement and maintain Fortinet enterprise security solutions.
• Install and support network hardware at sites.
• Collaborate with vendors to improve network performance and stability.
• Define and enforce security policies for the corporate network.
• Provide advanced network support to the service desk.
• Mentor peers and participate in knowledge sharing.
• Some travel will be required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support existing infrastructure including data center, cloud, and branch networks, corporate Wi-Fi, enterprise firewall, etc.
• Experience with Fortinet suite of enterprise products
• Site-based work installing and supporting network hardware.
• Work with vendors to identify opportunities and recommend solutions for improving the overall network performance and stability.
• Identify opportunities and establish policies to ensure the security of the corporate network.
• Provide advanced network support to the service desk team.
• Mentor and coach peers.
• Some travel will be required.
