We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Support Analyst to join our IT team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in configuring, administering, and supporting our network infrastructure, with a focus on Cisco network hardware. The ideal candidate will also bring experience in cloud-based networking solutions, particularly within the Microsoft Azure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Cisco network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Maintain and support local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and other networking systems.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and resolve networking issues escalated from the helpdesk.
• Assist in implementing network security measures and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Document network problems and resolutions for future reference.
• Collaborate with other IT team members on cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven hands-on experience in Cisco network hardware configuration and administration.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, security, and architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience with Microsoft Azure networking, including:
• Other Azure-based networking components
