Job description

At Fullscript, we’re not just changing healthcare—we’re making it whole.

We help 100,000+ healthcare practitioners support 10 million patients with a platform that delivers evidence-based health solutions, diagnostic support, and practitioner tools—all in one place.

Healthcare today is disconnected. We’re fixing that. Fullscript makes it easier for practitioners to treat the whole person, not just symptoms, so patients get the support they need—when they need it.

We’re building a better way—one where healthcare is connected, complete, and built for impact.

As an IT Admin III, you will play a key role in supporting our team by resolving technical challenges, managing systems, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization, including warehouse environments. You will work in a fast-paced environment that values agility, ownership, and clear communication.

What you'll do:
  • Troubleshoot helpdesk requests, providing support for both Mac and Windows environments.
  • Create and solve tickets, and use triage judgment to set priority levels for different tasks.
  • Troubleshoot WMS systems.
  • Manage SaaS applications, including account provisioning, troubleshooting, and access control.
  • Act as a point of contact for IT issues that may arise in the distribution centers.
  • Install new cabling runs to access points, workstations, and other hardware as the distribution center continues to grow.
  • Resolve any network-related issues. Familiarity with Cisco, Ubiquiti, and Fortinet hardware is key.
  • Write and maintain detailed documentation for technical processes and troubleshooting steps.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support asset management by maintaining accurate records and performing regular audits.
  • Maintain inventory asset management of all owned hardware.
  • Assist with the implementation and rollout of automated warehouse equipment.
  • Be willing to travel as needed to provide hands-on IT support at different company locations.
What you bring to the table:
  • 3+ years of experience in an IT or technical support function.
  • Knowledge of IT operations in warehouse environments.
  • A diploma in Computer Systems Technology or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency with MacOS, Windows, and SaaS administration tools (e.g., Okta, Jamf).
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud-based tools.
  • Strong documentation skills with the ability to clearly outline processes and resolutions.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with comfort interacting with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of networking technology (TCP/IP, Subnet Calculation, DNS, VPN, DHCP, Routing, and Switches).
  • Experience with software such as JAMF, Okta, and Zendesk.
  • A willingness to step out of your comfort zone and try new approaches.
Bonus if you have:
  • ACMT Certification
  • Network+ Certification (or Equivalent)
  • A+ Certification
  • Basic programming knowledge. Scripting in Ruby or Python is a plus but not required.
What we can offer you:
  • Generous PTO and competitive pay
  • Fullscript’s RRSP match program for financial health
  • Flexible benefits package and workplace wellness program
  • Training budget and company-wide learning initiatives
  • Discount on Fullscript catalog of products
  • Ability to work Wherever You Work Well*
