Our business operates in a dynamic, highly regulated environment where reliability, speed, and execution are critical. As we scale, our teams are building robust systems, refining processes, and tackling real operational challenges that directly shape how products move through the Canadian market.

If you’re motivated by meaningful work, high standards, and the opportunity to help build a stronger, smarter distribution platform, you’ll feel at home here.

About the Role

The NetSuite Systems Administrator will be the primary in-house point of contact for our NetSuite environment, supporting day-to-day system administration, user support, data management, reporting, workflows, and process improvements. This role works closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and external NetSuite partners to ensure the system continues to support the company's day-to-day business needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has hands‑on NetSuite experience and wants to develop their skills further while becoming an important part of an in-house business systems team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the NetSuite platform, including item setup, pricing updates, customer profile management, and ongoing data maintenance.
  • Configure and customize NetSuite modules, workflows, approval processes, roles, and system settings to support evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions.
  • Customize, generate, and analyze reports, saved searches, dashboards, and KPIs to support departmental decision-making.
  • Advise teams on best practices for data management, system usage, and reporting standards.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all NetSuite records, maintaining strong data governance practices.
  • Support integrations with other systems such as Techship and OneDrive, and coordinate with third‑party providers when enhancements or troubleshooting are required.
  • Test new features, workflows, and system enhancements prior to deployment, participating in quality assurance and user acceptance processes.
  • Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and system changes.
  • Provide ongoing user support and training to improve adoption and proper system utilization across departments.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience working with NetSuite in an administrative, operational, or business systems capacity.
  • Strong experience generating, analyzing, and customizing reports to support business decisions.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of NetSuite modules (Finance, Inventory, Supply Chain) and ERP business processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Techship or other integrated systems is a plus.
  • Ability to translate business needs into system configurations and process improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
