Our business operates in a dynamic, highly regulated environment where reliability, speed, and execution are critical. As we scale, our teams are building robust systems, refining processes, and tackling real operational challenges that directly shape how products move through the Canadian market.

At Peak, people have ownership and influence. We value collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, and we seek individuals energized by growth, problem-solving, and making a measurable impact. If you’re motivated by meaningful work, high standards, and the opportunity to help build a stronger, smarter distribution, you’ll feel at home here.

About the Role

The Amazon Coordinator will support our e-commerce team by assisting with Amazon product listings, performing simple compliance checks, troubleshooting basic listing issues, and preparing inventory shipments for Amazon FBA. The role also includes creating simple product images and basic 360° product renders. This position is perfect for someone who is tech‑savvy, diligent, and excited to gain experience in e‑commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Product Listing Setup
  • Create and update listings within Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
  • Populate listing details including titles, bullets, descriptions, and dimensions.
  • Upload images, labels, and A+ content provided by the brand or design team.
  • Maintain SKU/ASIN tracking sheets and update listing attributes as needed.
2. Compliance Checks (HPC & Grocery Categories)
  • Verify that listings include required items such as:
  • NPN numbers for supplements
  • Correct product images and packaging details
  • Accurate nutritional or ingredient data
  • Flag missing or incorrect information to senior team members.
  • Correct simple issues directly in Seller Central.
  • Escalate more complex issues to the team lead for resolution.
  • Maintain a daily log of suppressed or inactive listings and actions taken.
4. FBA Inventory Management
  • Create shipment plans for Amazon FBA.
  • Download and apply FNSKU labels.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team for carton counts and shipping preparation.
  • Track inbound shipments and flag receiving discrepancies.
  • Maintain a basic inventory tracker to ensure listings remain in stock.
5. Basic Image Creation
  • Produce basic 360° product rotations using provided tools.
  • Create clean, compliant hero images on a white background.
  • Perform small image edits (cropping, resizing, adding bilingual labels, etc.).
  • Organize and upload image assets into Amazon listings.
6. General Coordination & Support
  • Maintain organized product folders and correct file naming conventions.
  • Assist with data entry and simple Excel updates.
  • Request missing product information from internal teams or brand partners.
  • Follow SOPs while learning Amazon best practices and platform standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Basic familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or eagerness to learn.
  • Basic photo‑editing knowledge (Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools).
  • Ability to create simple 360° product renderings (training provided).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and e‑commerce workflows.
