Qualifications

1. Programming Languages: Proficiency in C#.NET
2. .NET Framework: Solid understanding of the .NET framework and its various components
3. Databases: Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases
4. Messaging System: Kafka and MSMQ messaging systems
5. Windows platform: Experience building WPF and Windows applications
6. Version Control: Proficiency in using code versioning tools like Git
7. Agile Methodologies: Understanding of Agile software development principles
8. Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills
9. MUST have strong experience with both WPF and Kafka

Nice to Have

1. Object-Oriented Programming (OOP): A strong understanding of OOP principles
2. Concurrency and Multithreading: Knowledge of concurrency patterns
3. Unit Testing and Debugging: Skills in writing and running unit tests and debugging code
