Job summary

icm fabrication in Terrebonne, QC, seeks a skilled machinist to operate and set up CNC machines in a custom machine shop. You will read schematics, verify dimensions with micrometers and calipers, and perform routine maintenance on equipment.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience, a secondary school diploma (or equivalent), and be proficient in French. Training and benefits are provided; steel-toed boots and strong attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in machining preferred.
• French language requirement as per job posting.
• Machinist trade certification and WHMIS are desirable

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC machines for repetitive machining operations.
• Verify dimensions with micrometers and calipers.

• Clean and maintain workspace and follow specifications.
• Examine products for defects to ensure quality standards.
