WR Transformateurs recherche un opérateur/technicien d’atelier pour mesurer et tracer les pièces en prévision de l’assemblage. Vous lirez des dessins techniques et réglerez les outils de production pour atteindre des tolérances strictes.

Le candidat doit savoir utiliser des instruments de mesure précis et documenter les écarts. Travail en équipe, rythme soutenu et postes assis/ debout; formation possible et avantages sociaux.

Qualifications

• Expérience dans l’usinage ou la fabrication de pièces mécaniques.
• Lecture et interprétation de dessins techniques et graphiques.
• Capacité à mesurer avec précision et à documenter les écarts.

Responsibilities

• Mesurer et tracer les pièces en prévision de l’assemblage.
• Lire et interpréter dessins, plans et tableaux.
• Préparer et régler les machines-outils.
• Assemble les composants avec tolérances serrées.

• Measure and lay out work pieces in preparation for assembly
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables
• Set up and adjust production machineries/tools
• Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance
• Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances
• Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers)
• Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments
