Clean Harbors is seeking a National QA/QC InSite Manager for Canada. This leadership role will drive quality assurance, quality control, compliance, and operational excellence across multiple sites nationwide.

The successful candidate will travel across Canada to lead the launch of new on-site waste programs, develop and train management teams, and establish consistent standards, processes, and best practices across the organization.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in hazardous waste management or QA/QC program management.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver training on environmental health and safety.
• Strong understanding of provincial and federal compliance/regulatory standards.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Mansioni

• New Program Launches – establish audit protocols and compliance requirements for new waste programs and train managers.
• LOA Coverage – ensure seamless coverage during absences to protect contract revenue.
• QA/QC Oversight – enforce health, safety, and regulatory compliance to prevent risk and cost impacts.
• Talent Attraction, Retention and Business Development – train InSite staff and track KPIs.
