Job summary

Waste Connections of Canada is seeking a National Accounts Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues from start to finish. The role includes documenting activity, supporting sales teams, and identifying opportunities to expand services.

You will respond to inquiries, educate customers on options, pricing, and contracts, and work with internal departments to resolve issues while promoting Waste Connections of Canada products and environmental

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or call centre environment.
• CRM systems experience (TRUX preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service and sales inquiries via email with professional communication.
• Educate customers on service options, pricing, billing procedures and contract terms.
• Manage complex inquiries and transactions with accuracy.
• Establish customer accounts by negotiating and documenting service details and pricing.
