Who we are looking for:

This position is on the Partner Retail team and will support the account management team to build strong and collaborative relationships with our retail partners and help drive Rogers business objectives.

What you'll do:

  1. Work closely with the National Account Management team to increase Rogers/Fido/chatr wireless positions within respective retailer banners.
  2. Work with retailers to develop and execute a strategy to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales, share, and performance objectives for wireless with Rogers/Fido/chatr.
  3. Assist in designing and developing promotions to maximize Rogers/Fido/chatr wireless’ market share within assigned accounts.
  4. Develop and strive to improve relationships with central based National and Regional retailers in support of Rogers, Fido and chatr brands.
  5. Work closely with retailer and hardware marketing team to monitor inventory levels and report issues/recommendations to management.
  6. Provide reports on Rogers/Fido/chatr wireless activity, inventory, and competitive activity.
  7. Resolve account/customer issues and concerns.
  8. Other duties as assigned.

What you bring:

  1. Minimum 2 years wireless experience with 2-4 years’ experience in a sales environment.
  2. Strong interpersonal, communications, and time management skills.
  3. Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  4. Excellent relationship building skills.
  5. Must hold a full valid driver's licence.
