Job Responsibilities
  1. Account Management: Develops and grows relationships with assigned large regional or national accounts. Cultivates effective working relationships with key account representatives and recommends mutually beneficial solutions based on customer needs.
  2. Customer Interaction: Represents the company to key accounts, communicates regularly to understand changing needs, and highlights our competitive advantages. Follows up to ensure timely fulfillment of product and service requirements.
  3. Issue Resolution: Identifies and addresses potential concerns in relationships, investigates and resolves customer complaints within guidelines or escalates to management as needed.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field plus six (6) years of sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
