Role Description

We are seeking energetic, driven self-starters to sell innovative and trusted technology brands in the IT industry. Starting as a Sales Account Representative, you will have a clear career path to roles like Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Executive Account Manager.

Responsibilities
  1. Build, grow, and maintain positive customer relationships.
  2. Educate and sell top technology products, services, and solutions.
  3. Proactively prospect for new customers to expand your business.
  4. Research customers to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of CDW solutions.
  5. Collaborate with peers and partners to bring the best technology solutions to clients.
Training & Development
  1. Six weeks of instructor-led training on CDW’s portfolio.
  2. Four months of Sales Academy with hands-on selling and coaching.
  3. Ongoing Sales Residency for continuous development and mentorship.
Qualifications

Must-have:

  • Self-motivated, ambitious, with an interest in technology solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Resilience and adaptability.
  • Curiosity and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to develop lasting customer relationships.

Nice-to-have:

  • Leadership experience through campus involvement or internships.
  • Fluency in English and French.
