Job summary

Brookfield Renewable Partners L.P. in Gatineau, QC is seeking a Senior Manager for Financial Planning and Analysis – North America to lead the FP&A team and deliver insightful management reporting.

You will partner with senior leaders across North America to shape budget and forecast processes and drive strategic decisions. The role offers leadership opportunities within a high-performing finance team, exposure to a diverse renewable portfolio, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive work experience in FP&A or finance roles.
• Two+ years in a managerial role leading a team.
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into senior management insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting across the North America region with cross-functional input.
• Manage monthly forecasting and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Review and interpret monthly/quarterly results with clear reporting.
• Oversee ad hoc projects and analyses for executive management.
• Ensure integrity and usefulness of financial reports.
• Drive continuous improvement of systems and processes for transparency.
• Partner with commercial, operational and corporate teams on performance.
• Mentor and develop finance professionals to build a high-performing team.
