Job summary

Brookfield Renewable is seeking a proactive FP&A Senior Manager to oversee consolidation of budgets, forecasts, and quarterly results. You will partner with regional teams to provide insightful management reporting and support a growing renewable portfolio.

You will lead a finance team, mentor professionals, and drive process improvements, automation, and strong financial controls across the organization.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive work experience.
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS.
• Demonstrated team leadership and mentoring experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in comprehensive financial analysis and management reporting.
• Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate budgets, forecasts, and quarterly results across regions.
• Use KPIs to analyze performance and provide management reports.
• Evaluate asset performance monthly and summarize findings.
• Mentor and develop a finance team; drive accountability and growth.
• Explain accounting issues and their impact on results to stakeholders.
• Lead integration of new assets into reporting framework.
• Develop tools and automate processes for budgeting/forecasting.
• Improve financial reporting systems and automate where possible.
