Qualifications

• Four (4) or more years of relevant experience.
• Holding or pursuing a CPA Canada designation is preferred.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual audited financial statements under U.S. GAAP.
• Produce financial reporting for lenders, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Referencing and liaising with external auditors; maintain compliance with credit and tax equity agreements.
• Onboard and manage Cerebro application for loan obligations.
