Job summary

Mount Washington Alpine Resort is seeking a Lead Bartender for Ted’s Pub to supervise the bar team and manage day-to-day operations in a busy mountain setting.

You will pour pints, mix cocktails, and ensure excellent guest service while maintaining a clean, fully stocked bar and adhering to responsible alcohol service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a busy bar, pub, or hospitality environment.
• Lead bartender or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of beer styles and local craft breweries.
• Experience preparing cocktails and serving wine and spirits.
• Ability to lead, coach, and support a bar team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support bartenders and bar staff during daily operations.
• Coordinate bar workflow and assign tasks for efficient service.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of beers on tap and make recommendations.
• Pour drafts, serve wine/spirits, and mix cocktails.
