Siemens Canada is seeking a technical Application Engineer with proposal expertise to support sales and design teams. You will analyze requirements for medium voltage switchgear, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities include cost estimation, BOM creation, and coordination with Engineering, Sales, and Procurement to deliver competitive bids.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in a similar role.
• Ability to read specs and perform cost calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complete technical and commercial proposals for MV switchgear.
• Interpret RFQs, specs, drawings, and tender requirements.
• Coordinate costing, pricing, and risk assessments with cross-functional teams.
• Develop BOMs and system configurations aligned with Siemens standards.
