McElhanney Ltd. invites a skilled Municipal Engineer / Project Manager to join our team in the Cowichan Valley or Victoria, BC. Lead planning, design, and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects while guiding multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering degree, a P.Eng./P.L.Eng. license, 5+ years of municipal project leadership, and a proven ability to win and manage projects with local governments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and licensure as a P.Eng./P.L.Eng. in good standing.
Minimum 5 years leading municipal engineering projects with track record of delivering outcomes.
Strong client relations, business development, and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, design, and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage project meetings.
Develop proposals, cost estimates, and contract documents.
Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality across projects.
Provide mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
