Job summary

You will respond to service requests and emergencies, support the Operations Manager, and assist with project coordination and cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high-quality facilities and tenant services.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in building maintenance or a handyperson role.
• Experience with fundamental plumbing, mechanical, and electrical servicing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills (written and oral) and conflict resolution skills.
• Access to a reliable vehicle and Class 5 driver's license are required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts periodic property checks and reports problems.
• Performs minor maintenance tasks and routine exterior cleaning.
• Attends to emergency and service requests.
• Ensures maintenance tasks are completed on schedule and coordinates with Operations Manager.
• Coordinates site access for trades and assists with service completion.
